We are an English couple who have been working in the area since 2017, renovating and refurbishing property on the west side of Lake Como.
During that time, we have setup and established our Italian construction company (an SRL), which enables us to legitimately operate in the area, and better manage some of the complex bureaucratic processes associated with construction in Italy.
While we are mostly busy with our own projects, with the company, we have the ability to renovate, refurbish, rebuild, and restructure properties and houses for clients. Therefore, if you are looking at buying property on the Lake, maybe we can help.
